Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

ACCA or CIMA qualified  An impressive track record in growing B2B businesses Experience in start-up and SME environments; working directly with founders  Evidence of implementing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments and governance are met Budget and KPI analysis and management  Ability and knowledge to define and manage effective talent strategy Knowledge of managing the People agenda including HR management and People engagement
