The post holder will be expected to work across both hospital sites when requested however there is scope for flexibility. The post will be part of a job share. The successful candidate should have clerical/admin experience and have worked in a busy office dealing with conflicting demands. He / she will need to be able to prioritise their own work load and have a confident telephone manner as well as being able to deal sensitively and tactfully when involved with patient contacts. Some experience of hospital clerical work and knowledge of PAS / Patient Centre System / Evolve and other NHS systems and procedures would be an advantage.
