The job:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to support our Health & Safety Manager within out UKDN rail department, you will be required to use our in-house SHE management system and other electronic based systems as well as other adhoc administrative duties.

  • Provision of General HSQE administration and Rail Sentinel Coordinator
  • Input of Month end and period end statistics including man hours and close calls
  • Ordering of PPE/ Safety equipment
  • Raising POs
  • Administration and upkeep of Accreditation's and Memberships
  • Dissemination of Safety Bulletins and Tool box Talks
  • log site inspections on spreadsheets
  • Upkeep of the approved supplier/contractors and sub-contractors list
  • Arrange and facilitate Training for all staff under HSQE Manager

About you:

We are looking for someone who is accurate with good attention to detail, worked in previous roles using excel, word and cloud based systems etc, organised approach to tasks in hand, ability to work on own initiative, punctual and reliable.

Previous health & safety experience or back ground would be desirable.
