Job Description

The ideal candidate requires an engineering or physics background with problem solving skills and excellent customer facing capabilities. They will need to be highly self-motivated and able to travel at short notice. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2-5 years of professional experience within a similar role, but entry level applicants would be considered. Willing to travel internationally, is an active requirement for the role.

Field Service Engineer Position Overview

• Installation and support of technical equipment at customer sites, worldwide.
• Establish and grow working relationships with distributors and customers.
• Generate sales leads and follow through to qualification and sale.
• Support distributor channels with installation/troubleshooting issues, remotely and personally.
• Represent the business at exhibitions and seminars.
• Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide training to customers and distributors.
