The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner service so will involve split shifts.
The emphasis is on creating an exceptional guest experience through outstanding Michelin star style food, using fresh locally sourced produce, and providing warm & friendly customer service.
We are looking for someone with food & beverage experience gained in a similar style of independent fresh food hotel or restaurant, ideally at rosette/Michelin star level.
Some experience of bar/cocktails & barista coffee making skills is advantageous.
This is a fantastic role for either a Supervisor or an experienced Waiter looking for their first supervisory position, full training will be given & this is a fantastic opportunity to learn & progress in your career.
