As a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor you will:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day to day supervision of the restaurant
• Work alongside the restaurant team in a hands on capacity serving guests
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Learn & understand the restaurant menu’s
• Prepare drinks in the bar
• Make cocktails & make coffee
• Stock & replenish the bar
• Maintain extremely high standards of cleanliness & organisation
• Take pride in your work & surroundings
• Maintain all legal requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for: • Experience as a Senior Waiter or Supervisor in high end quality fresh food table service restaurants in independent hotels or restaurants • Real passion for the industry & pride in your work • A positive, friendly & outgoing personality • Excellent customer service skills • Keen desire to learn • Good eye for detail & high standards • An understanding of stock rotation & merchandising • Bar, cocktail & coffee making skills • Ambition, passion and drive to succeed and further develop your career • IT literate - working with tills
