Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organized Administrator to provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to our service team, take the initiative in prioritizing and helping with the team's workload, and work closely with the Service Lead. The post-holder will provide important administrative support to our multi-disciplinary service team, comprising midwives, CBT therapists, and clinical psychologists.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks such as acting as a point of contact for patients and referrers, processing referrals to the service, responding and directing correspondence and communication to appropriate clinicians within the team, contacting patients, booking appointments, coordinating team meetings and training events, documenting notes, formatting and finalizing letters, taking minutes, stationery orders for the team and other tasks for supporting and implementing administrative processes ensuring that the service runs effectively and efficiently in order to provide the best possible care for our patients.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have an excellent communication, organizational and IT skills, and be able to work independently, using discretion, judgment and confidentiality as appropriate. Previous experience of an electronic patient record system like SystemOne and previous administrative experience within the NHS or social services would be advantageous.
