  • Dealing and helping with complaints
  • Clearing down and directing the department in-box
  • Identifying any legal issues
  • Circulating monthly reports
  • Dealing with Customer Queries
  • Updating records
  • Assisting with product labelling

The successful candidate will have experience in Administration and coordination and ideally have worked within the food industry.
