They are seeking a highly professional individual who has a talent for delivering an exceptional customer service experience displaying excellent communication and negotiation skills whilst focussing on a first call resolution.
This 12 month fixed term role will be primarily phone based ensuring their tenants are fully supported throughout their journey relating to any emergency, responsive and planned repairs. The first point of contact their customers have is vital in establishing the nature of the fault and diarising an appointment based on the initial triage and diagnosis of the repair required and they are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging candidate to join their successful team.
You will support the wider Property Services Department and work closely with Schedulers to assist with day to day contact of both customers, engineers and contractors capturing efficiencies in the dairy system focussing on achieving and maintaining strict KPI’s with a focus on customer satisfaction.
