You will be handling all incoming enquiries from customers and their families, providing a high level of care in line with each individuals support needs. You will establish meaningful relationships with all customers that you support, including all health care professional and family members.
You will proactively respond to any/ all alerts and notifications, ensuring adherence with SLAs and escalating where required, as well as dispatching emergency services where needed.
The Customer Service Coordinator will update patient records, raise requests for Engineers to visit customers where repairs and maintenance work is required.
