Job Description

This is an incredibly varied role that will see you providing integral support across the office, undertaking a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of a busy office. No two days will ever be the same and the role offers the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in a supportive team environment
Key duties include, however are no limited too:

  • Drawing up contracts
  • Managing IR35 compliance
  • Tracking candidates’ records
  • Compliance administration - Ensuring all contractors have the relevant legal documentation
  • Accurately inputting information into the CRM system
  • Running margin reports
  • Facilities management for the office
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Coordinating training and staff inductions
  • Organising social events and incentive trips
  • PA duties to the company directors as required
