You will be responsible for the scheduling of the engineers and booking in appointments across the region. You will be responsible for the jobs on the system and ensuring that an engineer will be readily available. You will also be constantly updating and liaising with the customers on their orders ensuring that they are correct and checking the progress. You will also be responsible for answering customer queries and keeping them updated with their product and delivery times.
You will have excellent customer service and telephone manner where you will strive to provide the best service possible. You will be highly organised and also show initiative in your work. Your previous experience within a busy, multi-tasking and demanding role will help you succeed. You will be proactive and have excellent attention to detail.
