Job Description

You'll work in an IT Service Desk environment with First Line Analysts, earning £11.36 per hour, being point of contact and providing responsive technical support for IT related queries. As an IT Administrator you will operate the ITSS Incident Management process to respond to incidents and requests for service, reported by customers, managing requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress, and keeping users informed of progress. Working to SLA's, you will thrive on resolving customers problems and meeting their expectations.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an IT Support role dealing with complex customer IT issues is essential, with knowledge of Windows 7/10. You will be highly organised and self-motivated, skilled in logical problem solving, with a great attention to detail. Through your excellent communication you will build customer confidence by giving complex technical instructions in a clear manner. Your proficiency in desktop software and awareness of service management disciplines will be desirable.

What you'll get in return
You will be working from central Manchester for a reputable company from Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, while earning a salary of £11.36 per hour.
