Job Description

 You will be a qualified Accountant and will report directly to the Finance Director. Your duties will be as follows:

• Responsible for the management and development of financial controls within the business
• Production of monthly management accounts for submission and board approval
• Establishing, measuring, analysing and reporting on the performance and plans of the business to achieve business objectives and KPI’s
• Liaising with Group for compliance with reporting and accounting policies
• Dealing with both internal and external auditors, and other external agencies
• Responsible for day to day management of a busy finance office, encompassing all of the duties you would expect in this role
• Systems implementation and holding meetings with both the finance and management teams
• Implementation and monitoring of the businesses and Group policies alongside the senior management team

You will possess the ability to provide sound financial information, support and liaison to operational, commercial and senior management. You must possess a wide range of experience within a similar environment and be able to deal with technical and people related issues at all levels.

Systems implementation experience is essential. Epicor experience would be advantageous.
