Job Description

The role will involve drafting up all paperwork for new tenancies, including Tenancy Agreements and Invoices, arranging Inventory Check ins, Cleaning, Gas Safety Records and Portable Appliance Tests for Properties, mediating with Knight Frank clients, Tenants and Relocation Agents to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed as smoothly and efficiently as possible and working to tight deadlines.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have a minimum of 3 years Lettings Administration / Tenancy Progression experience. You will have a can-do attitude and be able to manage your time efficiently as well as being able to priorities effectively. You will be a personable individual who is willing to assist the team and work within a fast paced environment.
