As a Support Worker your key responsibilities will include:

• Support service users to live independently and complete daily activities
• Identify and assist with opportunities within the local community
• Maintain dignity and respect
• Provide personal care where needed
• Communicate effectively with service users and all staff
• Liaise with families and all members of your team
• Be flexible and able to adapt to ever changing challenges
