Fashion Ecommerce Administrator
Job Description
- Create descriptions for new fashion garments/samples.
- Create product listings & uploading content to websites
- Managing EBay account.
- Assist the General Manager with website tasks.
- Handle product related queries and questions.
- Assist with customer service related tasks.
- Deal with customer email enquiries, orders and returns.
- Produce packing lists and print labels and barcodes.
- Upload social media content, images using Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc
- Pack, Unpack and process orders and customer returns.
- Other duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• MUST have experience in a similar role. • Strong communication skills both verbal & written. • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft including Excel • EBay knowledge • Keen interest in Fashion. • Be able to professionally and confidently interact with the customers.
