Job Description

Reporting to the People Advisor (Head Office), the People Coordinator plays a fundamental role in our People Partnership team and is responsible for enabling and coordinating all People processes and employee administration across the employment lifecycle for Head Office. Alongside the administrative role, you will be involved in exciting People Partnership and Team projects and initiatives, recent examples include Diversity & Inclusion and Mental Health, with the goal to create the best employee experience for our People and be the best place to work.

What you’ll be doing

This is an entry level role to a generalist HR function - please read the Job Description for full details of responsibilities. Key areas will cover Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations and People Analytics and Payroll and Benefits.

  • Generate all new starter paperwork for Head Office; partnering with the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Support the People Advisor and People Partnership Manager with administration and letters relating to ER cases
  • Work closely with the Pay and Reward Team to manage all payroll-related processes for Head Office, ensuring all pay activity is processed and submitted by the cut-off date

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What will make you brilliant in this role; Experienced administrator who takes pride in delivering excellence in administration and co-ordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience dealing with highly confidential information. Strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
