Job Description

The focus of the role will be to ensure the smooth experience for placement and exchange students from application to completion. The post holder will also support other tasks such as enrolment and graduation.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of work processes, procedures and practice relevant to efficient programme administration support, preferably gained within higher education, further education or related body.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You’ll have significant experience in administrative roles, preferably within Higher/Further education, as well as experience in a customer facing role. You’ll have excellent communication skills both in person and in writing. You’ll have the ability to work closely with teams of staff, identify support needs and solve problems or meet requirements where needed. You’ll have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and databases / data entry.
