Job Description

A leading law firm based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator to help them set up a bulk litigation team using a Salesforce based case management system.

Responsibilities
 

  • Strong background and thorough understanding of data and file migrations, as well as third-party integrations.
  • Can confidently and effectively interface with personnel at all levels of the firm, Salesforce, and any other external relationships.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with accommodating various platform updates and other routine maintenance.
  • Able to educate, train, and support firm users on common/critical Salesforce functions.
  • Capable of effectively analysing data accumulated from multiple sources, while keeping data organized and easy to use.
  • Possesses excellent problem-solving ability to effectively triage business and process-related issues of the firm, including resolving any access issues.
  • Strong organisational skills, adept at safely and securely managing large data sets, routinely checking data accuracy/integrity, and maintaining workflow consistency.
