A leading law firm based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator to help them set up a bulk litigation team using a Salesforce based case management system.
Responsibilities
Strong background and thorough understanding of data and file migrations, as well as third-party integrations.
Can confidently and effectively interface with personnel at all levels of the firm, Salesforce, and any other external relationships.
Knowledge of and familiarity with accommodating various platform updates and other routine maintenance.
Able to educate, train, and support firm users on common/critical Salesforce functions.
Capable of effectively analysing data accumulated from multiple sources, while keeping data organized and easy to use.
Possesses excellent problem-solving ability to effectively triage business and process-related issues of the firm, including resolving any access issues.
Strong organisational skills, adept at safely and securely managing large data sets, routinely checking data accuracy/integrity, and maintaining workflow consistency.
