Administration Officer

Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for providing high quality, effective, integrated administration support service within the Clinical Operations for the Governance area. You will be providing comprehensive support to the Complaints and Incidents Manager and wider Governance team

Duties:

  • Support with the facilitation of weekly Governance meetings, all arrangements, set up, papers and facilities, taking minutes and following up on actions.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality within defined guidelines.
  • Assist with the administration of the complaints and incidents procedures
  • Assist with receiving and recording written and verbal patient feedback on our complaints and incidents system or similar
  • Assist with managing incident notifications via our complaints and incidents system or similar
  • Maintain the Governance Team Drive records, input data relating to clinical governance work
  • Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required, commensurate with the role, bearing in mind the developing needs and demands of the Company.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to priorities in a fast- paced organization. Worked for a start-up (desirable). Experience in PA, Secretarial or similar team support administration roles. Knowledge or experience working in a Clinical environment (desirable). To work on their own initiative and under pressure. Approachable and professional with proven ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy, being able to work effectively as a team player. Excellent written skills and attention to detail is a key for this role.
