This is an immediate start and the project will run for 4-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities: -
Taking note of updates and inputting on to database (can be high volume)
Fast and accurate recording of information (alpha and numeric keying)
Close attention to detail and ensuring all data is clean and correct before input
Liaising with technicians and engineers to gather information
Diary management
Scheduling work for site staff
Upload, monitor and track job files
Liaise with field engineers
Obtain accurate client job specifications
Ensure client deadlines are met
Act as interface between Field based staff, Client and Directors
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience of working within a similar role Customer service and call handling experience in a facilities/communications arena Proficient in all Microsoft office packages especially Excel (advanced user) Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a positive attitude
