  • HR assistance- maintaining holiday records/ requests
  • Liaising with facilities
  • Supporting Partners on various administration tasks
  • Managing the desk booking system
  • First line support for IT - go to person before escalating to IT team
  • Project support on IT migration and returning to work policy
  • General support keeping the office running
  • Step up as Office Manager in their absence

The Successful Applicant

  • Legal sector experience
  • Great communications skills
  • Friendly can do attitude
  • Previous administration /office assistant experience - also known as Practice Assistant in some legal businesses
  • A problem solver
  • Ability to spin plates and work under pressure whilst remaining resilient
  • A fire fighter
