Responsibilities for the Field Support Administrator - Education Management - London include:
- Maintaining regular and effective communication with the Education Counsellor to keep documents updated
- Working with the finance department and using Excel to calculate commission
- Ensuring internal communication is effective within the organisation
- Dealing with any commission related queries from the agent network
- Processing and sending invoice payments to Partners
- Providing excellent customer service support to the agents and wider finance function
The Successful Applicant
The successful Field Support Administrator - Education Management - London will be/ will have:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - ability to create vlook-ups, pivot tables
- Previous administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly commercial business instinct
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong level of communication skills both written and verbal
