The Company:

My client an established online gaming company, based in the heart of the city, are looking for two Customer Service Executives who have gained telephone customer services experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who speaks fluent Turkish to join a sociable and progressive team.

The Role:
 

• Providing customer services via email and live chat support
• Accurately record data into the case record system
• Effective conflict resolution skills of handling client complaints and enquiries
• Inputting details into database
• Confident using Microsoft Office

The Person

The sort of candidate that is going to do well in this position is someone who is very focused and dedicated. Someone with a 'can-do' attitude and who has excellent communication skills in Turkish (both written and verbal).
 

• Confident Telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-Motivated
• Team player with a smile
• Must be fluent in Business Turkish
