Job Description

We are currently looking for a full time permanent Administration Assistant to join our friendly and busy team located onsite on one of our clients premises. The role would suit a person with excellent attention to detail and good knowledge of Excel. 

The position is available immediately!!!

Location: Rochdale, Hours Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm

Ideally, we would like you to have; experience of working in a fast-paced environment, previous office experience and Microsoft Excel knowledge.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.

This role would provide an administration support to a busy recruitment team.

Some duties will include;

Dealing with timesheets / workers' hours  – Checking  the timesheets to make sure no one is missing.

Ensure accuracy of all relevant payroll information.

Support the recruitment team on a weekly basis.

When required, answer and download candidate Ad-Response including, taking candidate details, asking relevant questions and filling interview schedules.

Helping in registering candidates on the database making sure all ETW documents are obtained.

All other administration duties that may be required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent attention to detail and good knowledge of Excel.
