Job Description

The Key responsibilities of the Commercial Administrator will include

  • Implement and control the processes around the sales pipeline to ensure swift, successful closes
  • Data ownership across the CRM - including working with other teams such as marketing and service delivery to ensure they are compliant where they own the data entry
  • Support and manage commercial reporting within the CRM infrastructure for sales, account management, and marketing
  • Administrate sales deals including liaising with prospects to chase and diarise meetings
  • Review team commission calculations for sign off
  • Liaising with other areas of the business to support sales requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• (Preferred) 2 years of experience as a Commercial/Sales administrator within a commercial team • Demonstrable experience with a CRM system • Demonstrable experience of data management • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders • Demonstrable understanding of the sales function and commercial awareness • Excellent phone manner • Exceptionally well organised • Attention to detail• Knowledge and experience of the SAS sector and/or outsourcing • Forecasting experience • Have a full, clean UK driving license • Ability to produce reports. • Experience in presenting data
