Job Description

Your role will consist of looking after the inbound phone lines regarding any issues clients may have with the launch of the new application that will be released over the next month (roughly 50+ calls a day), for this role you will follow a script, along with monitoring the email box and web chat and dealing with those queries too. This role may also involve investigating issues and liaising with the client and IT to get down to the route cause of the issue.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have prior call centre experience for this role, dealing with high volumes of calls, excellent customer service skills are also a must and being tech savvy would be advantageous. You must be a strong independent worker, have the motivation and drive to follow your own workload and have excellent initiative skills. Having a positive and personable attitude is a must, along with strong organisational, quick learning and hard working skills. Also, having a basic understanding in IT would be helpful, but not necessary.

For this role, you will get a solid 3 month contract, with possibility of extension, within a reputable company. The role is 9-5 Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week, office based (with social distance measures in place) and you will be getting a competitive £10 per hour for the role. The company is very easy to locate with easy access on the metrolink line.
