Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Proficient using Microsoft Office • Previous experience of providing administrative duties within an office environment • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls • General office management experience such as ordering stationery, arranging travel etc • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Keeping stock of company supplies and stationery and placing orders when necessary. • Photocopying and scanning documents • A confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
