As a Sales Administrator, you will be reporting to the Management Accountant, responsible for actioning and maintaining procedures to ensure the smooth-running of the administrative functions within the business. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Raising of Orders
- Accurately raise all Web Orders on SAP as per process.
- Accurately raise all orders from phone, email or in-person (Taking card payments where necessary)
- Perform Fraud checks on orders with Sage, Worldpay, PayPal where necessary.
- Update web admin with tracking numbers before the end of each day.
- Customer Liaison
- Reply to Customer Service emails and calls promptly as per defined process.
- Maintaining and updating customer records.
- Act as primary site contact for visitors, ensuring visitors are signed in and delivered to their hosts.
- Purchasing of all office and kitchen consumables.
- Ensuring accurate stock control
- Booking couriers/forwarders daily for the business in line with process.
Profile
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous administrative experience
- Possess good organisational skills
- Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
