Due to continued growth my client is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Tax Specialist to join their existing team. You will play a strategic role within the organisation and be welcomed into a successful team whilst working with your own portfolio of clients.
Ideally you will have proven Tax Practice experience and will be QBE / PQ or Qualified. You may be studying or have recently completed your ACCA/ACA qualifications or equivalent with a few years’ practice experience.
The role will be assisting but not limited to:
You will be required to assist clients in the delivery of tax advice
Assist clients in dealing with any HMRC related queries & deal with Tax related queries
Develop existing clients and bring on a new client’s
Provide an insight to new Tax legislation, ensuring your client base is prepared for any changes
Assist in ad-hoc Tax related duties
Provide bespoke solutions to clients across multiple sectors
Provide project-based Tax advisory
Work directly with your set client base
Manage Tax compliance on behalf of your clients
Work to strict deadlines to ensure Tax compliance is adhered to
Review a client based on their historic behaviour through referrals and company/personal reputation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accountancy Practice experience PQ / QBE or Qualified with a good academic record Systems experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage, Xero Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work as part of a team, yet also work using own initiative
