Job Description

- Proactively progressing applications through to completion

- Data entry

- Regular liaison with lenders, providers, Solicitors and clients to obtain updates and ensure a smooth process from start to finish

- Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales

- Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience within a Financial Services environment would be beneficial - Organisation skills - Strong administration capabilities - Customer Service - Communication skills - Reliable and committed - The ability to work within a team and to strict deadlines under pressure
