Working closely with academic and other administrative staff in supporting the activities of the department, you will provide advice and guidance to current and prospective students regarding a range of issues (including admissions criteria, module selection, assessments and course materials) by various means (telephone, in person, email, online etc.), including at recruitment and induction events. The role involves daily contact with a diverse range of students, staff and members of the public and you will be responsible for dealing with and resolving queries. You will be part of a team that delivers a high-quality administrative service to staff and students and will operate a number of College processes, including those related to admissions, room bookings, module choices and assessment, to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.
