Our client an exciting Private Equity backed, niche Real Estate Business are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their friendly committed team in London. The business is going through significant growth, and has committed funding from their Private Equity backers.

The role will initially involve managing the accounting function, but this will lead into a period of change and transformation that will allow the individual to be involved in driving the business forward from a commercial perspective.

• Repsonsibility for Balance sheet reconciliations
• Support senior management team and act as Finance Business Partner
• Year End Audit process
• Quarterly Vat return
• Manage team of 6 inc Assistant Management Accountants+ Finance Assistants
• Oversee Payroll
• Cashflow forecasting
• Develop Annual Budgeting process
• Review Commercial Contracts

The role would suit ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified Accountant

Must Have experience of mainstream accounting system ideally SAP

Has delivered process improvement and team player

Role will pay £60k + generous bonus + pension
