Supplier Relationships Administrator
Job Description
- Day to day relationship management of our preferred suppliers and issue handling.
- Maintain and strive to continually improve all supplier processes and relationships.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure all processes are efficient, of high quality and all barriers to success are removed.
- Control and maintain the complete workload working towards desired KPI’s.
- Writing and formatting company quotations when required.
- Contract processing through various platforms.
- Arrange meter installations through our preferred suppliers.
- Liaise with our preferred suppliers on pricing queries and objection handling.
- Contacting customers in relation to the renewal of their supply contract.
- Ensuring high attention to detail and work delivered on time to ensure our customers receive a first-class service.
Skills / Experience
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead, persuade and negotiate.
- Be adaptive and have a pro-active approach to your day to day responsibilities.
- Be confident in managing an end to end process and providing detailed process improvement suggestions.
- Have a strong administration background, preferably in the Utilities sector.
- Be productive, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Have previous experience of managing relationships with both B2C and B2B suppliers.
