Job Description
  • Day to day relationship management of our preferred suppliers and issue handling.
  • Maintain and strive to continually improve all supplier processes and relationships.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure all processes are efficient, of high quality and all barriers to success are removed.
  • Control and maintain the complete workload working towards desired KPI’s.
  • Writing and formatting company quotations when required.
  • Contract processing through various platforms.
  • Arrange meter installations through our preferred suppliers.
  • Liaise with our preferred suppliers on pricing queries and objection handling.
  • Contacting customers in relation to the renewal of their supply contract. 
  • Ensuring high attention to detail and work delivered on time to ensure our customers receive a first-class service.

Skills / Experience

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead, persuade and negotiate.
  • Be adaptive and have a pro-active approach to your day to day responsibilities.
  • Be confident in managing an end to end process and providing detailed process improvement suggestions. 
  • Have a strong administration background, preferably in the Utilities sector.
  • Be productive, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management experience.
  • Have previous experience of managing relationships with both B2C and B2B suppliers.
