Job Description
Provision of reception duties and a range of administrative duties in support of the project team. Reporting to the Office Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of meeting room diaries / activity schedules of senior managers
- Control of stationery
- Effective filtering / management of phone calls and maintenance of phone lists
- Maintenance of Visitors Register and liaison with Site Security
- Receive and dispatch post
- Assist with production of ad hoc reports and presentations
- Assist with the collation of information for reports / meetings
- Maintain Site Attendance Registers. Issue site security passes as requested
- Adherence to SCS policies and procedures
- Ad hoc duties as job requires
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The Ideal Candidate: Experience of Microsoft Office. Good communication skills / telephone manner. Professional and congenial approach.
