Job Description

Provision of reception duties and a range of administrative duties in support of the project team. Reporting to the Office Manager.
Main Responsibilities

  • Management of meeting room diaries / activity schedules of senior managers
  • Control of stationery
  • Effective filtering / management of phone calls and maintenance of phone lists
  • Maintenance of Visitors Register and liaison with Site Security
  • Receive and dispatch post
  • Assist with production of ad hoc reports and presentations
  • Assist with the collation of information for reports / meetings
  • Maintain Site Attendance Registers. Issue site security passes as requested
  • Adherence to SCS policies and procedures
  • Ad hoc duties as job requires

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The Ideal Candidate: Experience of Microsoft Office. Good communication skills / telephone manner. Professional and congenial approach.
