Job Description

The successful post holder will perform an integral role in the Business Support function to enable the day to day running of the programme in accordance to the Trusts policies, procedures and processes.
The ability to oversee administrative processes including organizing meetings (virtual and when appropriate in person), administrative liaison with internal and /or external sources, organizing meetings and the preparation of agendas and minute-taking and action logs and taking the appropriate follow-up action as required.
The post holder will also be required to book events and venues as part of organizing meetings, supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and responding to correspondence and other enquiries.
Be a focal point for enquiries as required.
Hold personal integrity in high regard and be passionate about their standards of work.
This will be a varied role with opportunities to grow by developing your skills, experience and knowledge base.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should have: Knowledge and experience of working within an administrative or secretarial role. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to provide evidence of working in a busy environment utilizing established secretarial and administrative skills with the ability to communicate to a wide range of external and internal stakeholders. Keyboard/IT skills are essential, along with intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills. The post holder must display initiative, possess mature judgment and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner at all times. A flexible and organized approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. The successful applicant will be required to work independently and apply a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work.
