Job Description

Key Responsibilities;

- Proactively progressing applications through to completion

- Data entry and analysis

- Regular liaison with lenders, providers, Solicitors and clients to obtain updates and ensure a smooth process from start to finish

- Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales

- Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post

- Managing and overseeing a team of 4

- Problem solving

Candidate Attributes;

- Experience within a Financial Services environment would be highly preferred

- Experience of managing a small team

- Organisation skills

- Outstanding administration capabilities

- Customer Service

- Communication skills

- Reliable and committed

- The ability to work to strict deadlines in a pressured environment
