Develop content, post information and act as the moderator on specific social media platforms.
Seek out grant funding opportunities and prepare and submit bids where appropriate.
Promote and publicise an effective customer focused Community Engagement service
Undertake activities that meet with the organisation’s strategic objectives and improving local communities.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience of working in a high standard customer focused role
Can work independently and also as part of a larger team, working with various services and organisations.
Has experience of chairing and managing meetings
Has strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience of delivering change through engagement would be advantageous
Is able to manage their own workload and has strong organisational skills
Is a competent IT user with strong Microsoft Office and excellent social media skills
The role will involve driving therefore the post holder must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car.
