Work to the Head of Original Films you will also provide administrative support to two Heads of Acquisitions, and the Head of Content Partnerships.
Have extensive diary and outlook calendar management keeping all diaries up to date daily.
Arrange travel & accommodation within the UK and internationally
Be confident working with several time zones and keeping all attendees informed of current changes
Arrange meetings on and off site, including arranging any hospitality
Undertake all administrative activities as required – telephone calls, prepare expenses, maintain contact lists, filing, photocopying and scanning documents
Process travel expenses, making payments or ordering stationary through the Ariba system
Deal with and resolving any IT issues including Ordering hardware, software, mobile devices on the IT Service Desk
Have experience Photocopying, scanning, emailing and distributing documentation

What you’ll bring: Prior experience working as a Personal/Team Assistant in a fast-paced corporate environment – ideally in the media – dealing with senior stakeholders every day is required Accuracy and attention to deal with excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance many conflicting priorities. Great interpersonal skills – confident working across the different company’s and with the US, in several time zones, often dealing with senior stakeholders. The ability to work well in a team and build good relationships externally and across the wider Sky – willing to help out and cover for other PAs in the Entertainment team. Self-motivation & be pro-active, with a flexible attitude to work. Committed to providing high levels of service to both internal and external contacts. The ability to work independently. Excellent IT skills – including Power point, Word & Excel. A love of TV and Film is a must.
