You will be responsible for being the point of contact for customers who are experiencing technical issues with their products. Somebody from a service background (automotive) or helpdesk (IT) would be perfect for this role!
You won't have any direct reports but will be responsible for understanding customer issues, arranging for repairs and concluding faults through to a satisfactory result. We're looking for somebody empathetic with a "can do" attitude to fixing problems.
Due to the location of our client, your own transport is essential.
