Job Description
- Provide great service for equipment and services
- Work with the Solutions Delivery team /Support Team making sure the IT service is met
- Carry out customer issues which includes external support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Working with partners and suppliers making sure a smooth service as required
- Create knowledge-based documents to share information for the team
- Diagnose faults within the technical systems and escalate where needed
- Contribute to the team objectives and department vision
- Support the IT infrastructure needed to support and deliver IT services
- Manage and support the team performance and pinpoint any issues that need to be improved
Requirements
- ITIL Certification in Service Management
- High level of knowledge in a specialist support climate
- High knowledge of Cisco Networking
- Understanding of Windows server which include virtual environments
- Experienced within complex/ resolution incidents
- Positive attitude taking on IT responsibilities at short notice
- Must have good written and verbal communication
