Job Description
  • Provide great service for equipment and services
  • Work with the Solutions Delivery team /Support Team making sure the IT service is met
  • Carry out customer issues which includes external support
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Working with partners and suppliers making sure a smooth service as required
  • Create knowledge-based documents to share information for the team
  • Diagnose faults within the technical systems and escalate where needed
  • Contribute to the team objectives and department vision
  • Support the IT infrastructure needed to support and deliver IT services
  • Manage and support the team performance and pinpoint any issues that need to be improved

Requirements

  • ITIL Certification in Service Management
  • High level of knowledge in a specialist support climate
  • High knowledge of Cisco Networking
  • Understanding of Windows server which include virtual environments
  • Experienced within complex/ resolution incidents
  • Positive attitude taking on IT responsibilities at short notice
  • Must have good written and verbal communication
