Job Description

Working closely with the manager?and team, Team Leaders make sure customers have a great experience every time they visit a shop. As well as some of the more practical tasks such as food prep and keeping the shop clean; you'll also keep your team engaged and motivated to deliver the fast and friendly service.

Team Leaders are responsible for managing the shop when the Shop Manager isn't around; as second in command, you would be the Shop Managers' right-hand person.

The Candidate
You will have a background supervisory experience in similar customer focused environment, ideally in a retail setting, with experience communicating with people from all walks of life, constantly focusing on customer satisfaction.

In addition, it's essential that you possess the following:
- Ability to stay focussed on delivering excellent standards whilst keeping an eye on targets
-Have great leadership abilities to inspire your team to deliver great results and provide a consistently brilliant customer experience.

You could be perfect for this opportunity if you have previously worked as any of the following: Team Leader, Duty Manager, Line Manager, Shift Leader, Floor Manager or as a Retail Supervisor.
