Job Description
Dealing with administrative tasks related to maintenance and facilities work
Using MS Word and Excel
Taking emails and phone calls
Following up on any problems or queries
Keeping database up to date and adhering to GPDR
Ad-hoc tasks and projects
Dealing with basic administrative duties on a daily basis
Providing a high level of administrative support for the core internal functions
Providing a professional and efficient service to all clients
Ensuring tasks are planned and completed within SLA's agreed
Day to day management of the subcontractors
Support and assist the Facilities Manager and the team with administration requirements
Monthly reporting and statistical analysis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Highly efficient and organized, able to mutli-task and priorities. Experience with CAFM systems is desired. Strong MS Office. A team player. Good Communicator. Confident telephone manner. Able to remain calm under pressure.
