An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to undertake the role of a Casualty Reduction Assistant at Billericay.
Casualty Reduction Assistants support front line officers by processing all officer offence reports submitted for minor traffic offences and all camera detected traffic offences. This varied role includes viewing offences, inputting, investigation to locate offenders, public contact via phone and email and production of prosecution files.
The successful applicant will need to provide evidence of the following skills/experience:
Provide evidence from a time when you have shown the ability to investigate drawing evidence from a range of sources.
Provide evidence to show you have an ability to work in a team, supporting colleagues to provide the highest level of service.
Provide evidence of a time where you had to take responsibility for your own actions, working on your own or in a team and received feedback.
Provide evidence of a time where you have provided the highest quality of service to the public, colleagues and external agencies.
