Job Description
  • Processing sales orders from retailers
  • Action and reply to email orders and queries in a timely manner
  • Providing tracking information to customers by email or portal upload
  • Management of central spreadsheet for all sales orders for out of stock, order entry, shipment, tracking, additional charges, and invoicing
  • Liaise with supply chain team for inbound stock updates and increases in demand for items
  • Work closely and be in contact with our distribution centres to ensure smooth order processing
  • Processing and coordinating shipments from the UK office
  • Purchase Ledger data inputting and allocating on Sage 200
  • Reporting daily stock levels, reoccurring customer issues
  • Filing & general office duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• IT literate • Excellent attention to detail • The ability to work to deadlines • Have excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Analyse and interpret data • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Confident on the phone • Ability to work individually • Minimum GCSE of a C or higher in Maths and English
