We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team based in Bolton.
As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Development Team by researching new clients and contacts, creating effective digital marketing campaigns, whilst co-ordinating all the team’s activities to help them achieve their targets.
The successful applicant would preferably have at least 2 years administration experience gained in a sales focused environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Making calls to generate sales leads
· Research decision makers to discover opportunities
· Importing data into Hubspot (Sales CRM) and maintaining data integrity
· Co-ordinating all business development digital marketing campaigns
· Creating corporate presentations, proposals & terms of business
· Sending credit checks on prospective clients
· Management of business development team KPI’s and targets
· Managing and co-ordinating reports and stats
Key Skills
· Experience of making outbound calls
· Preferably 2 years as a sales administrator
· Have good spoken and written English with an excellent telephone manner
· Organised, highly motivated and passionate about sales
· Ability to work as part of a team and good at multitasking
· Prepared to go the extra mile
· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
· Experience using HubSpot would be highly advantageous
