You will be responsible for dealing with and processing the sales orders for their products. This is usually done via email and on their ERP system. You will also be responsible for processing quotes and dealing with customer queries either over the phone or via email. You will also be responsible for dealing with exports and documentation. You will be required to translate emails and documents from Italian/Spanish into English. You will available to work Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:30.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be fluent in Italian or Spanish. Your previous experience within a sales order processing and administrative position will help you succeed in this role. You will have previous experience working within the manufacturing industry and processing a large number of orders. You will have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised. You will be confident in answering incoming calls and have excellent written and verbal communication. You are a team player and strive to complete each task to a high standard.
