Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of month end profit and loss and journals.
- Balance sheet reconciliations and transactional reporting (with the assistance of the accounts assistant).
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- Fixed assets
- Cashflow forecasting
- Purchase ledger duties including supplier invoices, expenses and the posting and allocation of cash
- Stock take procedures and reporting
- Cost saving activities to improve profitability.
- Preparation of all required data for the year-end financial audit
- Communication with other businesses within the Group on a global basis
